NERO Pinot Nero

The wine has a slightly ruby red color. On the nose it's thin, fine and elegant, with prevalent notes of raisins, flanked by shades similar to the jam figs. To the touch it's silky, and perfectly consistent with the refined olfactory expression. The vibration in the center of mouth is guaranteed by the mineral element; it's harmonious, delicate and of medium persistence.

Wine characteristics one the best of Friuli's red wines. When quickly fermented with the peel, resulting in an easy to drink wine, intense and herbal, with a lovely grape flavour. After a long fermentation the wine is round, full bodied, tannic and rich of aromas. It ages very well. Recommended with young: with cold meat dishes. Aged: a good companion to toast, game, seasoned dishes and aged cheeses.

Bright ruby in the glass, on the nose offers crispy and juicy red fruits and purple flower petals. Cherries and raspberries support the fresh and kindly warm taste. Tannins are delicate. The closure is savory and perfectly balanced.

Pairings: meat sauce, roasts, grills, leg of lamb, boiled, castrated and overcooked. It is also ideal for pastas based on cured meats, in bags of robust taste and cheeses with a strong taste.

PRIMITIVO IGP Bio

Amastuola Primitivo is an organic wine with a deep and bright ruby-red colour. The nose is fruity with hints of plum and cinnamon. On the palate it has an impact of volume, although it is fine, rich and balanced, with slight hints of berries and spices in the finish. The full-bodied texture of this organic wine makes it suitable for meat dishes of any kind; red or white grilled meats, but also game, baked lamb or kid. We recommend serving between 17° and 18° C.
