YEAR 2013 NAME Langhe Nebbiolo DOC WINE 100% Nebbiolo FERMENTATION Steel aging.
The grape is pressed immediately after harvesting and subjected to cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation took place in 6 days in stainless steel tanks, After which, the wine is left with the skins for another 10 days to obtain the most extraction of aromatic and phenolic substances. 14 months in oak barrels of Slavonia and Bulgaria.

Limpid, deep ruby. In glass aroma: tasteful, fruity, cherry and strawberry, confiture, slightly spicy with notes of black pepper. In mouth sensations: warm, smooth, slightly tannic with mineral, notes, balanced, intense, long, fine. Final comment: harmonious, young, better after 2015.
Suggestions: perfect with meat, ripe cheese or for meditation.

Colour limpid deep ruby, with aroma elegant, fruity, cherry and strawberry, slightly spicy. Taste warm, smooth, slightly tannic, intense, balanced, long and fine. Wine harmonious, better after 2019.

Suggestions: perfect as drink, with pasta, light main courses.

Pairings: meat sauce, roasts, grills, leg of lamb, boiled, castrated and overcooked. It is also ideal for pastas based on cured meats, in bags of robust taste and cheeses with a strong taste.
