Straw yellow color. Perfumes of elderflower and an imperceptible petal of white rose. Delicate aroma of lichis, yellow pepper, the varietal green notes of Sauvignon are present but discreet, acidity present and well dosed, soft structure, harmonious, in the final closes with a gentle note, very delicate.

Pairings: aperitif, asparagus, fish, seafood, white meat, Asian cuisine, goat's cheese.

Recommended with aperitif wine and, depending on the place and vinification, it can be well suited for lean appetizers, soups, pasta and rice, eggs and seafood.

Wine characteristics straw yellow colour with greenish tinges. It's a great wine: soft and delicate but with an intense floral bouquet with hints of berries. Dry, fresh, smooth and velvety in the mouth with a slight almond flavour, well rounded with a moderately alcoholic content and acidity. Best-drunk young or only slightly aged, the grapes are harvested early for a maximum flavour. It remains the brightest jewel in the crown of Friulan oenology. Recommended with Excellent as an aperitif, it makes well with light hors d'oeuvres, soups, pasta and rice or with fish and white red meat dishes,

Verdicchio is an autochthonous Venetian vine whose history and settlement is back in the centuries.
Grapes are harvested manually, selected "on the strain", placed in "low-layer" crates and immediately brought to the cellar where it is subjected to a full cluster of soft clusters.
Fermented in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperature.
Typical floral aroma, hay and apple feelings. Taste full and fresh, dry dry tending to the mahogany.

Brillant, straw yellow with silvery reflections. The nose is well tense, linear in the olfactory offer marked by weel-defined green notes.  Green apple, kiwi, mango and sage. There are also notes of white flowers, magnolia on all. The taste is definitely sapid and very fresh, it denotes character and the fruits are enriched with plant notes. Alcohol is perfectly integrated making the sip pleasent in its fullness.
